Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

8 oz unsweetened chocolate chips

8 eggs

1 cup sweetener (erythritol based)

1 cup coconut flour

2/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

2 cups pecan/chopped

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp salt

Instructions

(Note: Two 7” pans were used)
Preheat the oven 350F. 

Line brownie pans with parchment paper. Melt butter and chocolate chips together, and add sweetener, eggs,vanilla, and cocoa. Beat these ingredients with electric mixture.

 

Add coconut flour, salt, baking powder, and 1 cup of the roasted pecans into batter. Mix very good. Pour into brownie pan, smooth the top,and scatter rest of the roasted pecans.

 

Bake 25-30 minutes or until firm. Remove from oven, and let it cool. Cut into squares and enjoy.
