Keto Egg Cream Smoothie

If you are a beginner on the Keto diet; then it is only a matter of time before someone suggests that you try a keto egg shake to help you lose weight.

This egg cream shake is so tasty and delicious. We weren’t big fans of eggs so we kept tweaking this recipe until we got it just right.

It doesn’t matter if you are a newbie or a seasoned professional to the ketogenic diet; we feel that you will enjoy this keto low carb shake.

2 raw eggs
2 tbsp organic cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy (whipping) cream
1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla sweetener
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 ice cubes


Mix the raw eggs, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, and sugar-free vanilla sweeter and ice in a blender.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into your cup and enjoy.
