One of my favorite low carb breakfast foods is the keto cauliflower hash brown.

We discovered with the small addition of a little onion powder; it tastes like a real potato.

This is definitely one ketogenic recipe that you will want to add to your arsenal.

3 cups of frozen cauliflower rice

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp coarse black pepper

1/8 tsp smoked paprika

1/8 tsp white pepper

1/8 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp of diced chives

1 large Egg

1 tbsp Olive oil


Take the bag of frozen cauliflower rice and microwave it to soften the cauliflower up.

Add all ingredients except the eggs into a bowl and then mix. 

After mixing all other ingredients; mix in the eggs. Divide into 6 closely even portions. Flatten with your hands and shape into ovals.

In a skillet add olive oil on a medium high heat. Using a heaped tablespoon to scoop cauliflower into pan. Allow about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly; then enjoy.
